Want to eat chocolate without all of the nasties in commercial brands? Here’s how to make a delicious Paleo chocolate bark that’s soy & dairy free!




  1. In a mini food processor, add the coconut oil, raw cacao powder and raw honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat, pour the chocolate mixture. Flatten the top of the chocolate by running a spatula lightly over the top.
  3. Once the chocolate has spread evenly, drizzle it with the tahini. Use a skewer to run through the tahini and chocolate, creating a swirling pattern.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate with the crushed unsweetened banana chips and sprinkle with the salt.
  5. Refrigerate or freeze until set. Store in the fridge or freezer as the chocolate will melt easily.
