Paleo BBQ Meatloaf

Use your favorite BBQ sauce, but watch out for hidden sugars! This Paleo BBQ meatloaf is so easy to make and great for lunch the next day!


  • 2.5 lbs of meat (I used a mixture of beef and pork)
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 46 oz bbq sauce of your choosing, depending on the texture you prefer


  1. Throw the meat, onion, almond flour, eggs and bbq sauce into a bowl and mix. Don’t over work.
  2. Line a 10 inch loaf tin with saran wrap and pack your meat mixture down into it firmly.
  3. Invert your loaf into a suitable baking tray to collect the juices: a 9 x 13 pan works well.
  4. Cook in a 350F oven for 1 hour – 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on your oven.
  5. Slice and serve, topped with extra bbq sauce.
