For the smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups / 185 g very ripe fresh or frozen papaya
  • 1/2 cup / 75 g fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 a small banana (about 2 oz / 55 g)
  • 1/4 cup / 50 g avocado (about 1/2 small)
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup / 120 ml full fat gum free coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup / 60 ml water or ice
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tbsp / 12 g fresh peeled ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch or two of black pepper, omit for AIP

Instructions

  1. BLEND: Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high powered blender and blitz until completely smooth.
  2. TOP: Pour the papaya smoothie into a bowl (or bowls). Top with your choice of toppings and eat immediately!
