If you’re one of the millions of people in the world with an autoimmune disease, I wrote Nourish: The Paleo Healing Cookbook for you.
The Paleo Autoimmune Protocol is a powerful healing tool for reducing inflammation and achieving relief from – or even remission – of your autoimmune symptoms, but it can be overwhelming to remember all the “do’s” and “don’ts” when you first start to follow it. That’s why Nourish walks you through the details in a simple, approachable way and is packed with over 120 recipes that are nutrient dense, family friendly and 100% elimination phase ready!
But that’s not all. I wrote this book to show you – from the new-to-the-protocol people to the seasoned experts – that following the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol doesn’t have to mean you’re stuck eating boring, bland food! Nourish is all about flavor. It’s still possible to make boldly seasoned flavorful dishes. The recipes in this book will show you how, using interesting food pairings and twists on classic dishes. I’ve tried to give you back the foods I never thought would be possible on the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol. Got a craving for curry? I’ve got you covered. Missing internationally inspired dishes? You can have those. Want to make some comfort food? You still can!
Even better? Nourish is available now!

For you moms and dads out there, never fear! You can bring these delicious, nutrient-dense foods straight into your regular meal rotation, without protest from the kids who will be happily eating this way right along with you. Because everybody loves delicious food! Familiar and easy-to-find ingredients form the base of these recipes, making it almost effortless to serve meals that have people asking for seconds – even if the rest of the family isn’t following the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol themselves. The recipes in Nourish are designed to have simple ingredients – no going to 14 stores and 2 markets to find what you need! – that don’t rely on fancy uni-taskers in the kitchen to get things done, so you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen making “special” food.
The recipes in Nourish are also internationally inspired. I wanted to bring back the flavor profiles I missed and that I had assumed I wouldn’t be able to enjoy on the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol.
