Autoimmune Protocol-Friendly Blogs & Podcasts:

These are some of my favorite blogs & podcasts gathered in one place! Many of the bloggers have accompanying Facebook and Instagram pages that you might also find useful for a day-to-day, behind the scenes view of living life vibrantly on the autoimmune protocol. I can’t guarantee that all of the recipes are 100% elimination phase compliant, as some people have made various food reintroductions successfully, so look for tags, categories or headings on individual recipes / blogs that will denote compliance.
