I had some leftover Slow Simmered Spaghetti Sauce in the fridge. But not enough to make into a lunch or dinner-sized meal. So I grabbed a back of coleslaw mix, sautéed it with a little garlic for a few minutes and then topped it off with the leftover sauce and some smashed avocado. Egg free breakfast in 5 minutes ftw!
