If I’m feeling like I need a bit of a nutritional reset, I take the healthy and SANE approach by doing a Whole 30.
So what’s a Whole 30?
It’s 30 days of eating real, unprocessed and nutritionally dense food. Which means avoiding all grains, added sugars, soy, dairy, beans, legumes or treats.
