30 Days of Whole 30 Lunches

Hi, my name is Rach and I really love food. I also really love eating for health without going completely crazy. So you can imagine that I’m not really one for stress-inducing restrictive “diets” or calorie-counting obsessiveness. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

If I’m feeling like I need a bit of a nutritional reset, I take the healthy and SANE approach by doing a Whole 30.

Whole 30 - Change Your Life in 30 Days

So what’s a Whole 30?

It’s 30 days of eating real, unprocessed and nutritionally dense food. Which means avoiding all grains, added sugars, soy, dairy, beans, legumes or treats. If you want to understand the “why”s and “how”s of avoiding those things, you should really read the book that the Whole 30 plan is based on, It Starts With Food. It’s a New York Times Bestseller for a reason! Or head on over to my introductory post, “Your First Whole 30” over here to read more!

  1. POST NOT SHOWING UP? Ad-Block Pro blocks the display of images in this post because of a WordPress plugin. Disable ABP for the page, then refresh and you will be able to see all the goodies. Once my book is done, I’ll be re-writing this post, but in the meantime, that’s the quick fix 🙂

  2. Thanks for all the recipes. I’m on my second round of Whole 30 and I keep getting into a rut eating taco salad all the time (without the tortilla of course!). Lunch is probably the hardest time, especially when I’m stuck at work.

    1. I’m with ya on the salad, lunches are hard. Wish there were more easy to put together lunch options!
