It’s finally happened: Nourish is out in the world! I can’t explain how awesome it is to see this book come to life after months of recipe testing, editing and photography. I’m so thrilled to be able to share it and to be able to help people on their AIP and healing journeys.
Thank you to all of you who have helped me throughout this process: the people who made recipe suggestions or requests, the people who helped me test recipes, and the poor people who listened to me talk about this book and its recipes incessantly for months! Even more thanks go to the people who helped me get through the rocky moments. You know, like setting fire to my oven. Or the bathroom-oyster-shucking episode. And let’s not forget the days where we had no running water but three recipes to test. Or that time I lost every single word of my manuscript when my software crashed. (Yes, really. There were tears. And maybe some post-crash wine.)

I packed as much as I could into this baby and I hope you’re already enjoying bringing Nourish into your kitchens. I’ve listened to the feedback on the book and one of the things that people asked for was a clear and concise recipe index where they could see at a glance what recipes made up each chapter: so as a little extra “thank you”, I’ve made you one! I’ve marked each recipe as Whole30 friendly (about 85% of the book is) and also included whether the recipes are coconut free or have easy adaptations to make ’em so.
