In typical I’m-never-up-to-date fashion, it turns out that today is National Burger Day here in the US of A. Personally, I’d argue that almost every day could be a burger day in some form or another when you’re eating Paleo. What’s not to love about the humble burger? It’s cheap, easy to make and endlessly customizable to your tastes… or whatever you have in the fridge or pantry. Oh, and let’s not forget that a burger can be eaten any time of day (or night) AND is a great portable source of protein and general awesomeness.
So, ok, I like burgers. I really like burgers.
It’s not so easy, however to find an Autoimmune Protocol friendly burger. This is the part where I come to the rescue with 15 AIP burger recipes: yaaaaay! An added bonus: these burgers are all Whole30 friendly to boot!
