(Make the Whole30 the easiest ever with personalized, customizable meal plans!)
It’s that time of year again. It’s January, it’s cold – hi, snow! – and I’m thinking about comfort food. All I crave at this time of year is a creamy soup, a silky stew, a mound of fluffy mashed vegetables or the kind of one pot meal that takes me back to the time when somebody else was cooking a meal for me made with love, grandma style.
As always, I’m following the Autoimmune Protocol. And after a holiday with some much-enjoyed treats and a few glasses of bubbles here and there, I’m taking it easy on myself by getting back to basics with plenty of nutrient dense, healing foods. Plenty of bone broth, lots of vegetables and nothing too stressful in the kitchen. So everything I’m making and eating now is also Whole30 compliant because I’m giving my system a break from added sugar, too. But that doesn’t mean I’m eating boring, tasteless food. Far from it!
To show you how I’m still enjoying the joy of winter comfort foods AND following an AIP Whole30, here’s a collection of recipes that fit the bill: AIP Whole30 comfort foods that are as nourishing as they are delicious!

Planning and preparation are crucial for hitting the Whole30 with success, but if the idea of meal planning and grocery list making and stressing over what meals to make when is keeping you from starting or hitting your goals… there’s an easy solution.
My favorite part? The meal plans are designed not just for the 30 day elimination phase, but with a 10 day reintroduction period, too. So it takes care of you before and after your Whole30. No math required.

Thank you for sharing these. Even though we are in summer we have had some cold days. I look forward to trying out the parsnip carrot mash, that sounds so comforting.
